Terms of Service

Effective 27 April 2026 · Operated by MARSAD ALEBDAA IT EST (Saudi Arabia)

These Terms govern your use of Yameen, an AI executive assistant delivered through Telegram (and, in future versions, WhatsApp), operated by MARSAD ALEBDAA IT EST(the “Operator”, “we”, “us”) — a sole-proprietor establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 7023462158, with its registered office at 2794, Al-Azhari, 6336, Ar Riyad 12471, Saudi Arabia.

1. Acceptance

By starting the Yameen bot, sending the /start command, completing signup, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What Yameen does

Yameen is an AI assistant that, at your instruction, reads and acts on data from third-party accounts you voluntarily connect (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack). The assistant always asks for your tap-to-confirm before performing destructive actions: sending an email, creating, updating, or cancelling a calendar event. The exact V1 capabilities and scope boundaries (in particular, the metadata-only Gmail integration) are described in our Privacy Policy §2.4.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You confirm you are authorised to connect any third-party account you link, and you accept those providers’ terms of service in addition to ours.

4. Account & accuracy of information

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Telegram account secure and your business email up to date so we can reach you about the Service. We may suspend an account if we have a reasonable belief that it has been compromised or is being used in breach of §7.

5. Subscription, billing, taxes

  • Yameen is a paid subscription service. Pricing in Saudi Riyals (SAR) or US Dollars (USD) is shown at signup.
  • Billing is handled by Moyasar (primary, KSA cards including mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay) and Stripe (secondary, international cards) when each is active.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel from the dashboard at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Where required by Saudi tax law (ZATCA), an electronic invoice is issued.

6. Refund policy

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 30 agent interactions in that period, we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, or after material use of the Service, payments are non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations. To request a refund, email contact@yameen.app from the email address on your account.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under Saudi consumer-protection law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Yameen to:

  • Violate any applicable law (including export-control and sanctions law) or the terms of any connected service.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, malware, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to circumvent the confirmation flow on destructive actions.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure or rate limits.
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Use the Service in a manner that exposes us to legal or regulatory liability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any jurisdiction where the Service is used.

8. Connected services

When you connect Google, Microsoft, or Slack, you remain bound by their terms and privacy policies. We act on your instruction within the scopes you grant. If those providers change their terms, restrict scopes, or revoke access, we may have to limit features that depend on them.

9. AI output — not legal, financial, or medical advice

Yameen produces summaries, drafts, and suggestions using the Claude API. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. You remain responsible for any action you take based on the assistant’s output — particularly for the content of emails the assistant drafts and you confirm to send, and for calendar changes you confirm. Do not rely on AI output for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

10. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Yameen bot, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance. The Service depends on third-party platforms (Telegram, Google, Microsoft, Slack, Anthropic, WafaiCloud, Moyasar, Stripe). Outages of those platforms cause corresponding Yameen outages and are not counted against our uptime target.

11. Intellectual property

All Service software, branding, copy, and visual identity (including the Yameen mascot and wordmark) are owned by the Operator or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain all rights in the content of the connected accounts you link — Yameen does not claim ownership of your emails, calendar entries, files, or messages.

12. Privacy

Your privacy rights and our data-handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, the Data Deletion Policy, and the Cookie Notice, all incorporated by reference into these Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by sending /delete_account followed by /delete_account CONFIRM in Telegram. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach §7, after one written warning where the breach is non-egregious. On termination, we delete your personal data per the schedule in Privacy Policy §6.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of §7 (Acceptable Use), (b) your misuse of the Service to harm a third party, or (c) content you direct the assistant to produce or send via a connected provider.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the bot and at this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Data Deletion Policy, and the Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
